Old Norman Vexin farm, dating from 1850, it is nestled in a charming little hamlet on the edge of the forest: “Le bosc Roger”.

Materials embellish its country setting: old floor tiles on the first floor, exposed stone walls (large room and 2 bedrooms), solid blonde oak parquet on the first floor, exposed beams on the second floor.
The ground floor is composed of several generously sized rooms, all of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A green setting
Our old farmhouse has a large south-facing courtyard with trees and flowers and a green west-facing garden with garden furniture, a barbecue and a table tennis table.
The courtyard and garden are fenced, giving the property security for children and privacy for all.
The first floor
The 45m² reception room
With its exposed stone walls and old floor tiles, this room is fully equipped to host seminars or events.
It is equipped with a video projector, an electrically controlled projection screen, a CD player, a tuner, a 4 input mixer, 4 speakers and a microphone.
The kitchen and dining room
A place for sharing and living, the kitchen is very spacious and offers high-end appliances. These two rooms can accommodate 23 guests divided between the kitchen and the adjoining dining room.
The two rooms on the first floor
– A room with 2 beds accessible to people with reduced mobility
– A room with 4 beds, one of which is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.

It is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The first floor is divided into two autonomous parts, the west wing and the south wing, each served by its own oak staircase.
The two parts of the floor are parqueted in massive blond oak, and with superb ceilings 100% wood (atmosphere chalet).
On the first floor of the west wing are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

– A master bedroom composed of 4 beds (2 of which are combined for a 180X200 cm bed).
– A room with 3 beds (2 of which are combined for a 180X200 cm bed)

– The first master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, a double sink and a toilet
– The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet
On the floor of the south wing there are also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

– A room with 3 beds
– A room with 2 beds together for a 180X200 cm bed (possibility to separate them to obtain 2 single beds)
